Chicken Breast Fillet Burger
Succulent Tender chicken breast fillets with the fat completely removed and a mild spice and kibbled onion added to enhance the flavour.
Cooking Instructions:- Please do NOT overcook this very low fat product as it contains less than 1% fat.
Grill on both sides for 3-4 minutes, check for any pinkness by cutting one in half and returning to heat for longer if needed.
Pan Fried:- Spray both pan and product with frylite oil and cook as above.
Oven Cooked:- Preheat fan assisted oven to 180oC, spray dish and product with frylite oil and cook for around 12 - 15 minutes, or wrap in foil with a few tablespoons of water and cook for 20 minutes with foil closed and a further 5 minute with foil opened.
