This Pack Contains 5lbs (2270G) Prime Irish Stewing Steak.
Cooking Instructions:- Fry the meat on the pan with a little oil until light brown, place the browned meat in a saucepan along with chopped carrots, chopped onions (these can also be fried first), fine chopped potatoes, and a pint of good quality stock.
Bring to a boil for a few minutes, and then turn down the heat to simmer for about 1.5 - 2 hours or until the meat and potatoes are soft.
