Innovation has also being part of our business model, being the first butcher shop in Newry with a walk in Cold Room (fridge), 12 years ago we introduced the pop up temperature probe, that we insert into every joint of meat we sell to safeguard the customer, and guarantees a perfectly roasted joint with a taste, that will explode in your mouth and surprise your tastebuds.
We our modern butchers, but remain traditional in how we handle food, steaks are dry aged matured, for at least 40 days, lamb for 10 days, whilst pork and poultry are as freshly prepared as possible.
