Mc Elroy Bros was established in 1921 by Patrick Mc Elroy. His main aim was to produce only the finest quality products, whilst ensuring that the consumers received service second to none, but yet keep prices realistic.
Three generations and ninety years we still have only one quality and one standard that we follow in producing only the finest products at everyday low prices.
Mc Elroy Bros is a family business that has always excelled in providing food, that is not only the best quality, but food safe to eat, locally sourced and produced to help keep down food miles, and leaves full traceability easier to follow, from farm to fork.
Traditional methods of production are still a key part of our practise, with beef been dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days, to give our customers perfection, with a taste that will tantalize your taste buds, and bring back long forgotten memories of how food should really taste.
Irish lamb also is matured by dry aged methods, for ten days to ensure that the delicate and mouth watering quality comes to you in every bite.
All our pork is produced in N.Ireland or the Rep of Ireland. We buy pork fresh daily to keep it at it's optimum quality.
Chickens are sourced and produced for us with a 30 mile radius, all our chickens are bought in on a daily basis, boned or cut to your own requirements.
